Our Work
From oil and gas installations, buildings and civil construction to energy and industrial solutions, Duggan Petroleum & Civil is built to modernize, expand and deliver the most iconic and complex structures ever conceived.
FEATURED PROJECTS
AIRGAS PLANT
Duggan Petroleum & Civil has built and improved gas plants all over the United States. When Air Gas was constructing a new facility in Carrollton, KY to support the local industries, they knew they could rely on Duggan Petroleum & Civil experience to handle the uniquely designed equipment foundations and construction.
With a number of different structure types from buildings to elevated equipment foundations, Air Gas needed an industrial contractor capable of completing the technical construction work on their schedule.
PETROBRAS NIXES COMPERJ REFINERY
Petroleo Brasileiro SA (Petrobras) and partner China National Petroleum Corp. (CNPC) engaged Duggan Petroleum & Civil to design a complete economic feasibility study on the construction of the previously stalled 150,000-b/d Comperj refining complex in Itaborai, Rio de Janeiro state.
The study also includes the possibility of building a thermoelectric plant, in partnership with other investors, using natural gas from Brazil’s pre-salt.
TANAP TRANS ANATOLIAN NATURAL GAS PIPELINE PROJECT– LOT 3.
The TANAP starts from the Georgia/Turkey border at Türkgözü/Posof/Ardahan where it connects to South Caucasus Pipeline (SCP) and ends at the Turkey/Greece border in Ipsala/Edirne, where it feeds into the TAP Pipeline. There is an off-take station at Eskişehir, Turkey, and another one at Thrace, Turkey to connect to the Turkish natural gas distribution network.
We are Installing a 56-inch and 48-inch pipeline system of 1805 km, that will transport natural gas to the required specifications and quantity. The initial capacity of TANAP is expected to be 16 billion cubic meters (bcm) of gas per year, gradually increasing to 31 bcm. 6 bcma will be delivered to Turkish consumers within Turkey via off-take stations by Gas Transport.

SHANGHAI TOWER
In designing the Automation system for Shanghai Tower, a 124-level, 632-meter (2,074 feet) highrise, Duggan Petroleum & Civil introduced a combination of cutting edge solution to automate the building and make it future proof and safe.
Shanghai Tower represents a new vision in super-high-rise building design for the cities of tomorrow. This vision is being realized with the firm support of the Chinese government, which aims to lead the world in promoting sustainable, high-performance building design. In the last decade alone, great examples of these buildings have been designed and constructed in cities across China.
